Classes

Grab your friends/family/neighbors/co-workers and let’s get a class together! Whether you are new to yoga, experienced, or somewhere in-between, you will be met with exactly what you need at exactly the right time. Each class serves as an offering and expression of energy flowing to and through all participants, creating an organic unfolding in the moment and a unique experience overall. Classes are dynamic, always changing and evolving, and no two are exactly the same.

1:1 Instruction

Work with me privately, 1:1 to deepen and enhance your practice. Or, if you are just beginning, to set a proper foundation. Lean toward achieving your personal goals and/or physical needs. Sessions are 1 hour in length, and are modified to meet you where you are, while we work together to bridge the gap to where you would like to be.
